Ingredients
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tub low fat yogurt (450g strained)
- 1 clove garlic (pressed)
- 1 English cucumber (peeled or unpeeled as to your taste)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Optional: dill
Method:
- Grate cucumber (peeled) coarsely and add salt. Strain in hand to remove juices.
- Strain yogurt and place in bowl. Add pressed garlic, olive oil and cucumber.
- Taste – add 1 tbsp milk if too sour.
